Hotel was a perfect location for a quick two nights in Rome. Situated right by the Trevi fountain, we had easy access to the sights and lots of restaurants. We booked a family room which was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in center of a city. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We booked the breakfast for each morning, a good variety of foods that gave us the fuel to start our days. Staff were incredibly helpful answering our questions and booking us taxis - this even includes prearrival communication The only downside we experienced was the air in our room was stuck on. And it was surprisingly cold. We couldn’t control our own thermostat. Overall would recommend

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our suite had a lovely terrace and the interior was completely soundproof.

Trevi is aptly named as you are a minute from the fountain. These accommodations are very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this to friends to stay at and if I am back in Italy stay here again. What makes this place superb is the staff especially the front desk (Chiara and Lorenzo). They are so so so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond with suggestions, taxis and any requests. They left a very warm impression on my family and were kind and wonderful! And tolerated our attempts at speaking Italian. Ha Ha

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is very close to several sites, restaurants, and shops. Make sure you add on breakfast. It was delicious!

Fine hotel, perfect assistance!

Good sized suite,well located for all the main sites all within walking distance.One small issue we booked in July 2023,bur were charged in increase in tourist tax even though this did not come onto force until October,the receptionist Lorenzo said we would not have had to pay the Increase if booked prior,which we had,I think he had looked my date of birth (15/11/48) not the booking date of July 2023.Anyway did not Marr a very enjoyable stay,the staff were all helpful and cheerful.

The location of the hotel was great! Shops are right outside the door and the Trevi Fountain is down the street. It was in the middle of everything and easy to walk to all the best spots! Staff was extremely friendly and room was awesome! Had a great outdoor space (actually three separate spots) and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Danish and pastries were excellent, but hot food could have been a little better. But overall - had a fantastic time here and if I'm ever in Rome again would definitely stay here!

Great location very near to the Fontana di Trevi and other key sites to visit in Rome. So it makes it incredible to walk everywhere like Piazza Spagna or Piazza Navona. Also, we felt safe. The room and bathrooms were clean, which is extremely important to add to an incredible stay. The room was good, having all the elements needed for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was kind and very helpful. We will definitely recommend you hotel. Breakfast was fabulous. Perfect location. close to everything you could possible need.

I was pleased with the accommodations. Our room and the bathrooms were nice and, more importantly for me, clean. I would stay again.

Great boutique hotel walking steps away from Trevi fountain. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Booked this place last minute due to our other hotel cancelling 2 days before we were due to arrive in Rome. I kinda glad we ended up here instead of hotel seventy seven. It was a perfect location it’s literally right beside the Trevi fountain. Spotless clean, the rooms are cleaned every day with fresh clean towels left etc. the staff were lovely. We Would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome soon.

Trevi Palace is a great place to stay, it’s literally few steps from Trevi fountain. I booked classic double room, on day of our arrival was my birthday,and I got an amazing surprise!we got a free upgrade to a suite with two terraces and a jacuzzi!!on very top of the building with an amazing view to look at the city. Both male receptionist from morning and evening shift were super nice and friendly. They were not even aware how this year my birthday was “different” as 4 months ago I lost my mom. Thank you!it was our 4th stay in Rome and definitely for next time we will choose Trevi Palace.

The service was excellent during our stay at Trevi Palace. All of the staff are just wonderful! The kitchen ladies are awesome! The cleaning staff are great. The front desk are really helpful. We never spoke to anyone, but our room was on the cooler side. The air con kept it at 75 and it was a bit too cold. We just never mentioned it. We would like to book one of the more luxury riooms next time.

The location is very central, almost beside the trevi fountain. so expect large crowds to slow your walk to and from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for those who want to be in the heart of the City.
